Lizzie is Leaving Soon, but Not That Soon
Don’t usually post here, but I’ve been seeing a lot of speculation of when Lizzie is going to be leaving Pemberly and I wanted to add in something that I remembered.

Q: Why are we taking a week hiatus? Holiday break? I’d love to complain bout it but I don’t want to be complaining about someone’s vacations haha.
A: It’s actually a lot more thought out than what people think. From what I’m reading it looks like most of the fans believe we wanted a break, but in truth we’re not taking a break. Lydia will be releasing two videos next week which will drive us into our January videos where we’ll be running two stories in parallel. So no we’re not taking vacations. Well not really.
But anyway, the reason why we had Lizzie take a break was for creative reasons. Since the events of the show are happening in real time, we had no plausible way to get Lizzie to Pemberley Digital before the New Year.
In order to have videos next week, the only content we could have done with Lizzie is more stuff of her being at home. This would have meant that the just ended “Pre-Brighton/Pemberley arc” would have been extended and diluted to cover next week. Is this a bad thing? Sort of. Either way, you would have seen more watered down episodes. The events of 76 would have probably become two or even three separate videos. So at the end of it all, we wanted you to have 10 good episodes vs 12 less good ones.
Btw, since Lizzie is taking a break, now would be a good time to ask more questions for me to answer in a blog post like this.

Oh and I bolded the important part. :)
So if Bernie is telling us the truth and we’re getting 10 Pemberly videos and Lizzie started posting them Jan. 7th, then the last one should be posted on Feb. 7. You know, unless I counted wrong.
That gives us plenty of time for Lizzie and Darcy to fall in love on camera before shit goes down with Lydia (who I suspect will probably stop making videos a little bit before her downfall).
